I had a wonderful surprise on Monday....

Annie calls and says "we are picking you up.."! 

So Aunt Dianne and Annie picked me up, and off to San Jose we went! Oh I have missed them, It was a nice treat to see them...funny because I am going out to Utah in 21 DAYS! eekk! Anyways, It was soo fun to spend time with all the girls at the cousin lunch! There was loads of laughing and catching up done!!

Today in Sacrament meeting, Joel gave a wonderful talk on something I have been pondering a lot these past few weeks...Happiness. I strive to be a pretty happy person, trust me I have my days where I am in my mood. Don't we all?! I have so much I should be grateful for, things that make me soo happy! One of the biggest things on that list is THE GOSPEL, Joel gave a list of ways to have happiness. It is out of 2 Nephi 5. Here is the list...

5:6~Believe

5:10~Keep The Commandments

5:11~Supply for ourselves

5:12~Read Scriptures

5:13~Families-enjoy them and love them

5:14~Be Prepared 

5:15~Learn a trade

5:16~Be worthy to enter temple <3

5:19~Follow the Prophet

5:25~Raise children in Gospel 

& use our trails to learn from them.

I just love this list, and I'm so glad she shared this. It what I needed to hear today! I am beyond grateful for my membership in this wonderful Gospel. My life wouldn't be all it is, if it wasn't for the many blessings I have been given. I am so HAPPY I have be given the family I have. Everyday I am reminded of how much they mean to me, and how much I love them. Friends is another thing on the list that makes me happy, they are always there for when I need them. There you have the top 3 things on my "happiness list". I challenge you to make a list of what makes you happy, and look at if often and ponder it. I have made HAPPY LISTS on here several times and will continue to do so! All you bloggers should do so too! I have already done a list for APRIL, here. May's is coming shortly as May is coming fast!! I cant wait for it! May 21st to be specific! <3

all I have to say is that I have booked my flight and in 30 days I will be in Utah! I will finally be able to see this amazing boy, spend lots of time with this girl, eat at this yummy place atleast once a day, and check out this school! eeeeekkkk! <3

monday thoughts.

Sunday I taught the Relief Society on Prayer. It was a wonderful topic and the manual had some amazing info. Preparing that lesson really got me thinking about the blessings I have been given because of the power of Prayer. I admit there are times when I am too tired to to say my nightly prayers, or I forget my morning ones, so don't feel like your the only one. It so important to "talk" with your Heavenly Father daily, you should consider him one of you BESTEST friends. As a girl I know first hand how much fun it is to talk to with my friends about BOYS or whatever! I am going to strive to have the same attitude about my daily prayers. I love my Heavenly Father and should turn to him in all things more than I am already doing. Just recently I had an experience where I had been praying about something for awhile and a few moths ago I received what I thought the answer was, until about 2 months ago I received another answer and after much consideration I know this new answer is the ANSWER, without my prayers to my Heavenly Father I don't know how I would go about my days! Sometimes our Heavenly Father wont give us a for sure answer right away, sometimes he will give you two(as in my case) and will leave up to you to make the right choice for you, he will also put people in your lives who might answer a certain Prayer, or the answer will be as clear as night and day. It's amazing how he knows what you need, and he will put people or an experience into your life! It was a wonderful lesson and I am thankful I had the opportunity to teach it!

.....This stupid cold to go away..I dont wanna sound like im complaining but oh I am. I feel like crap and am home alone! I wish someone could come keep me company! Im soo bored and sick of being in the house. Its only been 3 days of this, and im going crazy! I do feel a whole lot better than before, But still not good! Not to mention I sound like a man! Not attractive. So I guess I better suck it up and be grateful its just a cold. Good thing I have endless amounts of movies, tissues (with vicks vapor rub in them), cough drops, and unlimited texting so I can talk to someone who makes me smile and makes me feel better, that person is oh sooo amazing and I miss that person a lot!!! I cannot wait for May, it is going to be awesome! XO.

I watched "Confessions of a Shop-o-holic" last night and have decided that Isla Fisher has the best hair ever! SO cute! I saw the movie in theaters when it came out a long time ago and forgot about it...it was ok, kinda cheesy. But Isla was adorable in it!

My Best Friend's Wedding.

The big day finally arrived and it was amazing! It has been so wonderful to watch their love blossom from day 1. Seems like yesterday Jen and I were getting our butts outta bed at 6am to go work out because we knew a certain person would be there! Let me tell you that was the best shape we both have ever been in! I remember all the movie days, the in n out trips, the beach trips, and the laughs! It was amazing! They were made for each other I know it! I love my BFF and couldn't be happier that she has found Jason! They are just too cute!

Im not a Miley fan, but she did pretty well in it! She was actually the perfect person for that role. (of course since Nicholas Sparks wrote this for her!) and Liam (whats his bucket) isn't all that bad looking..haha! They had some amazing chemistry! The last 20-30 min will leave you teary eyed as I did to me. The entire theater actually was crying! It such a good love story/father daughter "story". So get your butt up and see it and read the book!!
