hello to you new readers and to you old ones!

in the last few months this blog has had increase of views and readers. i figured it was due time for a get to know you post. i want to you guys to get to know me as well as, i want to get to know you newbies, and you oldies too!

in order for this to work i will post 6 facts about me below. i then would love for you to post 6 random facts about you in a comment or email. since, i can't personally know all of you i would love to get to know you guys a little bit this way.

6 things about me:

1. i was born + raised in california. but, love utah so much and dont miss ca that much.

2. little kids often mistake me for their mother at the store or mall. always so funny, when a little kid comes up to me to try to hold my hand or something. the mothers are always so embarrassed. haha.
 
3. i am a worry wart. i am constantly worrying about things. sometimes to the point i feel sick.

4. if dan wasn't allergic to cats we would so have one. huge cat lover right here!

5. we knew we were going to get married after 1 week together. when you know, you know!

6. i have a serious love affair with pasta. like no joke guys. give me a bowl of pasta and im a happy girl.

+ I have to have a pillow in between my leg, a night light, and cool wash cloth on my head. In order to fall asleep. I know im so weird. The pillow is comfy, the night light is so when I get up it's not super dark and the wash cloth relaxes me. High maintenance over I tell you. 

+ I paint my nails atleast once a week. 

+ I do not like putting my clothes away. They usually stay on the floor for weeks. 

+ I am a California girl at heart but, really don't miss it all that much. So weird. 

+ Dan and I knew we were going to get married after a week of being with each other. When you know, you know. 

+ Im very clumsy . I run into something at least once a day. 

+ Im blind as a bat. I pray our children get Dan's vision not mine. 

+ I went to cosmetology school in California and Im a licensed hairstylist in CA. 

+ My mom and I used to share clothes when I lived at home. Sometimes I miss that. 

+ I don't wear any jewelry other than my wedding and engagement rings, oh and some maybe some earrings. 


you have probably seen these floating around the blogosphere. so, i thought sure why not jump on the bang wagon. everyone's doing right?! {bahaha}

I have been tagged by a few lovely blog friends of mine to do this Get to know me post. Even though I have done one a few months ago I thought heck, why not do another one!

1. I could eat pasta every day. I don't, but I could. Carbs what? haha 

2. I have never been to Hawaii. 

3. My new favorite color is mint green. 

4. I love the spring blossoms. Just, not so much the allergies. 

5. In high school I was on the POM squad. 

6. I am the oldest sibling. 

7. I get way too attached to movie//tv//book characters. Its pretty sad. 

8. My mom went to beauty school before she had me, and then I went after high school! 

9. Lived in Ca my whole life til, I got married in March 2011. 

10. My current favorite sweet thing strawberries, chocolate syrup and whip cream. 

11. I am not really a dog person.

A gymnast.

Chocolate. 
3. What is your favorite thing to order at Starbucks? (I need some new ideas, haha) 

I havent been to a starbucks in forever i dont even know. 
4. Would you rather watch sports on TV or actually go to the game? 

go to the actual game. 
5. Did you have a favorite meal as a kid? What was it? 

Noodles, butter, and cheese. Still is. hahah
6. Favorite subject in school? Did you have one? 

Um. Yearbook or English. 
7. What is your favorite TV show that is on TV right now? What about one that's not on anymore? 

Thats on right now Mad Men, and thats not on anymore, its a tie between One Tree Hill and Greek. 

8. Favorite color? 

Mint Green. 
9. If you could only listen to one band/artist/genre for the rest of your life, what would it be? 

Michael Buble or Gavin Degraw. 
10. Video games or board games? 

Both. 
11. What's something you are looking forward to doing this summer? 

Time with the hubby and weddings.
