its ok to be sad for me.

so, last friday i find out that my dress will not be in my hands on the 11th like i was told. like, we paid extra for. basically the vendor gets dresses from a factory in china and they closed for 2 whole weeks due to chinese new year {really, 2 weeks. wtf} and my dress wasnt shipped like it was suppose to.

so, as i type this its still sitting in some random factory in china. {tear, tear} there is nothing they can do. {its ok if you feel sad for me right about now. haha} so, they tell me its suppose to be in my hands on the 23rd of this month. which leaves me about 17 days before the wedding to get it altered. {holy crap is right}.

please say a pray for me, that my beautiful, amazing, dream wedding dress comes that day. it will be very much appreciated. {oi vey, is right. haha. what a story huh?! this is something that would happen to me.}

happy birthday oakley.

today is my sweet baby sister's birthday. she is four today. holy cow, i cannot believe it. i still remember waking up that day she was born, and thinking. "yep, the baby is coming today". we didnt know she was gonna be a girl. she was a surprise. my dad called me that night and said "guess what?...you have a new baby sister" i was so beyond happy. i love her to pieces and am so grateful for her and our sister bond we have. from day one, she and i have been so close. she always follows me everywhere {whenever i am down there visiting my dad}, she calls me on the phone and chats {in four yr old lingo}, and she is always willing to take pics with me {love her for that!}. she is the silliest, craziest, prettiest, funniest, sweetest, cuddliest {is that a word?}, and happiest little girl i know. happy birthday sister, i love you. <3
