goodbye 2011, hello 2012

HAPPY NEW YEAR BLOGGERS. YAY FOR A NEW YEAR! tomorrow look for a post all about this years goals/to do's, etc!


phew 2011 was quite the year, i'd say it was one of my faves. hey, i fell head over heels in love and married my best friend, move to a new state, started a new chapter of my life and this little blog grew up as well. it's been so fun blogging and meeting new friends. our little blog has really developed into something i love to do and hope you guys love it too! i am going to share one photo from each month with a caption of a highlight from that month and a link to some posts from that month.


{2011 in pictures and posts} 

{january: enjoyed the last few trips to san francisco and soaked in all my fave spots. oh how i miss that city!}

{february: went through the temple for the first time. amazing.}

{march: became mr. & mrs. best day. it was the best day ever we and celebrated the husbands birthday on our honeymoon in disneyland!}

{april: adjusted to our lives as a married couple and loved it, as well as exploring my new home here in utah!}

{may: spring was gorgeous here, but not so much the allergies. went to the tulip festival at thanksgiving point and loved all the pretty colors.}

{june: basked in the warm summer sun. with lots of trips and i mean lots of trips to get sno cones with our nieces.}

{july: one of the highlights of this month was seeing one of our faves, ben folds in concert. he is freakin' awesome. we also ganied a new brother in law this month. steph and eric finally got married!!}

{august: our good friends sean and kate got married and what a gorgeous wedding it was. psstt i still dream about their wedding cake. mmmm}

{september: ventured out to the spiral jetty with some friends.}

{october: we went on a few fall colors drives. the trees here in utah during the fall are AMAZING. i feel so blessed to live in such a pretty state!}

{november: we moved into a new spacious apartment, loved the gorgeous weather we had, had a week of guests posts, i turned 23, we saw Yo Gabba Gabba Live with our nieces, and we stuffed our faces on thanksgiving!}

{december: it 'twas the season, and we were truly humbled for our love for our savior and all our blessings. this month we enjoyed all the time with family and friends!}

i loved 2011 and i can only imagine 2012 will be just as awesome, i hope! i can't wait to see what is in store for me and us. hope you all had a wonderful 2011, and hope your 2012 is wonderful!


i wanna say thank you to all the new followers we gained this year on this bloggy blog. not only did i gain new followers but i have made a few new wonderful friends! cheers to a new year! something i wanna accomplish in 2012 is reach 100 followers...so that is gonna require you guys to follow! don't be shy! :)
