it's the start of something new

yes, i just straight up quoted high school musical 2 in the title. that's how i roll! above are just a few photos since we've been gone. new years eve party thrown by jase + rachel, snowy days, freezing weather, crafting, blogging brain storming, food, twinkle lights, tea drinking, a game night with phil + bridget and lots of downton abbey watching. i have finished season 3 {yep, even before it airs in the u.s.}. so far this new year has been pretty amazing! i have a feel this will be our year!

since we've been gone//a challenge

here are some snapshots of what we have been up to. i didnt snap as many as i hoped to. on christmas i totally planned to take pictures of everything but, got so caught up in spending time with family i forgot. family is most important anyway, huh!? :) hey it's a new year and one of my goals is to take more photos {we aren't all perfect!} so wish me luck in that goal!

so, most of these were from new years eve. we went to the new natural history museum in salt lake. it was super fun! if you live in utah, you should go!!! it was fun and cheap. :)
