word of the year

this year's word of the year comes after much thought and prayer.

with the huge changes happening this year in our lives, i need to trust in my heavenly father that i can do all that comes my way + i need to trust myself and trust those around me. i know with a little faith and lots of trust i can do anything that comes our way this year. bring it on 2014. 

so, here's to a year of trust!

word of the year

my 2013 word is patience. i have never been a very patient person....like ever. obviously i have had to practice this in life ever since i was a kid but, lately this has been quite the struggle for me. i always want things or answers instantly. like how i can't wait for my nails to dry before i feel the need to start doing things, or how i dont like to wait for prayers to be answered when i want them to be. over the last few months i have been thinking and praying for patience in all things in my life. i pray that during this year i can really work and learn how to be patient.
