Ramblings.

Fast and Testimony meeting was awesome as usual! I loved all the testimonies that were shared today. I love Fast Sundays at the branch the spirit is always so strong. During Church I got some answers that I have been searching for. Answers that I need to be reminded of. I am so grateful for the the way the Lord helps me, he teaches me so much about me. I can honestly say, I know I am strong enough to handle anything the Lord gives me. I know it's going to be way hard, but through Prayer, Scriptures, Family, Friends, and Church I know, I will be ok. We talked alot on "Trails" today, I love what someone said in RS. Basically she said, "If you think about it, we all go through a trial a week. But on Sunday its like a sense of relief because whatever is bugging us, gets solved, goes away, or you just feel comforted." It's soo true, we all have a trail a week whether it be something recurring? or something new? we all go through them. We need to remember our Heavenly Father will comfort us during them. We are never given anything we can't handle. Thats something I have come to know it's TRUE. We can handle whatever we are given!! We all need to remember that, and never forgot it.
We have Family, Friends, Our Heavenly Father and other loved ones who are here to help us. Our Savior is the number 1. He will always be there for us, not matter what. : )

Here's somethings that I love and am grateful for:
Family, Friends, The Gospel, The Atonement, Laughter, Ice Cream, Fall, Hugs, Having someone there at all times, My Heavenly Father, Smiles, A hello from someone, Caring people, The Apostles, My bed, My best friends (you know you are), My trails, Love, Little kids, Holiday Seasons, Rainy Days, Sunny Days, Food, and so many other things I love and am truly grateful for. I could go on for pages and pages.

Time Out For Women....

...Was such a wonderful experience. I am truly grateful I had the opportunity to go with My stepmom, Grandma and close family friends. I now I have a new love for Sheri Dew. She is an amazing woman and example to all. If you have the chance to hear her speak. GO. All of the speakers were amazing. Each speaker said something I needed to hear. There wasn't a single speaker that didn't touch me in some way. If you ever get the chance to attend a
Time Out For Women
, please go. It will be worth it.
Not only were the speakers amazing, but the musical performers were awesome.

The spirit was so strong the whole weekend. All of the speakers were perfect,
I got some amazing things out of it all.

Speakers were:

Wendy Watson Nelson
Sheri Dew
Kim Nelson
S. Micheal Wilcox
DeAnne Flynn
Kris Belcher

They all were amazing. Each one taught me something I need to be taught or reminded of.The spirit was present the entire weekend.
That was a wonderful way to lead into a great Sunday. I love Sundays.
The are amazing. Today was no short of amazing, wonderful talks in Sacrament meeting, and a
outstanding Fireside on the Atonement tonight.

FYI: I love my family and friends. : )

Temple Trip. : )

Thursday I had the chance to go to the Oakland Temple and perform Baptisms for the dead. I always love the feeling I get when I walk into the Temple, everything that is worrying me or bugging me is GONE. Which lately there has been a lot on my mind. It was so wonderful to have that all taken away for awhile. While we were waiting to be taken down to the Baptismal Font, we were all sitting in one of the waiting rooms. There was about 15 or so people and it was fairly quiet but there were some people talking a little loud. I was just a little annoyed, I mean we were in the Temple ya know?! So I pulled my Scriptures out and just starting reading to myself from where I left off that morning in 2 Nephi. As I was reading the talking went away, at least for me. I know it was still there, but It was just a background noise now. It was such an amazing feeling. So peaceful and calming. : ) Soon we were all given names, and this was the first time that I have done baptisms where they gave me the names before hand. So I able to read them over and over again. I loved it. It felt way more personal. It was such a great experience! I love the Temple.

"I love to see the Temple...I'm going there someday"

The view from on top of Temple. It's amazing the view from
the Oakland Temple. Especially at night. : )

I am grateful that I had the chance to attend the Temple, and am looking forward to the next trip!!! If you are having a bad day or just too much to handle, try going to the Temple even just walking on the Temple grounds. I feel like I post about Temple's a lot but I am just so grateful for them.

It's the little things.

Fast and Testimony meeting today was amazing, so many wonderful things were shared today. This morning when I woke up I was so tired, and almost didn't want to get out of bed to go to Church. But, I sucked it up and went. I am so glad I did, I got some answers to some prayers. Let me tell you the Lord answers your prayers in mysterious ways. Sometimes mysterious, funny, and sometimes just simple ways. I just love the way our Heavenly Father answers our prayers, with a simple "How are you doing?" and a phone call from someone you were praying about and thinking about.
I am so grateful for the power of Prayer. I have truly gained such a stronger Testimony of Prayer these last few weeks. Prayer is such a wonderful thing, and without it I don't know where I would be. I have a new motto:

"Take it one day at a time."

It's really the only way that I can get through hard times. With that motto, and the love of the Gospel I know I will be OK. I will be given and been given many blessings by living my life the way I need to. I love this Gospel so much. : ) I wanna thank everyone who is a part of my life right now. You all have truly helped me in ways you can't even know. Even the little things you all do. The "Hello's", the phone calls, and the prayers. I am truly blessed for all of my Family, Friends and loved ones. I know they are will always be there for me. It really is "The little things" that can make all the difference.
