so, i kind of forgot about the happy list last month. whoops! lets just pretend i didn't. this month instead of a list list i wanna write a few things i have been pondering that truly make me happy!
i feel like since we found out we were pregnant life has just been a whirlwind. since seeing that plus sign and then later seeing/hearing those two heartbeats things have never been the same.
being a mother is something i have longed for since i was little. i never knew how bad i wanted this until we really started trying in decemeber. before then it was just something that if it happened we would be excited and know it was meant to be. it wasn't something i let overcome my life until i saw my first neg sign. fast forward to about april. i woke up one day and said "if its going to happen it will, no need for me to let this take over my life". the week we found out in may i had finally come to the terms that i have no control over this. then bam, that plus sign.
okay the whole point of this....i feel like the whole reason heavenly father had us wait that few months was for us to truly be ready for this. to truly be ready to be parents. i think i wasn't ready at the other times in my life. i feel like i am ready for this.
trust me i am no where ready for the huge changes that are coming our way with two babies but, i feel that i am ready to try to be the best mother i can be.
we are so grateful and humbled that we get to to be parents to these twins. it something that we talk about on a daily basis. we can't help it! we are just so excited and so happy! we both feel so grateful and will never take this for granted. {well maybe we will be questioning our heavenly father when both babies are screaming and we are going 2 hours of sleep. haha}

So true!! This made me feel so much better thanks! Everyone goes at their own pace. When it's right for you it will happen in the right way. May not be the way you want it but its the way that will fit :)

I LOVE THIS! It's so true. Heavenly Father is a smart guy and knows right when to test us, and teach us. What a wonderful time for you two! It will be amazing.
